Jane has more than six years of experience assisting domestic and multinational clients with all aspects of trade mark rights, including clearance searches and registrability assessments, preparation and prosecution of trade mark applications, oppositions, invalidations and non-use removal actions. She also has extensive experience managing trade mark portfolios both domestically and internationally, and works closely with clients, overseas associates and colleagues to guide matters throughout the full trade mark lifecycle.
