Sukhprem Sachadecha is a Partner at Laminar IP (Thailand) with over two decades of experience in Intellectual Property law. He combines a rigorous legal background with a unique technical foundation, positioning him as a leading expert in technology-focused IP matters.

Sukhprem has a distinguished academic background and has held several leadership roles within the Thai IP community. He is a regular guest lecturer on IP law at leading universities and government institutions, contributing to the development of IP legal frameworks in Thailand.
