Biography

Annfen is a dedicated and highly experienced trade marks attorney and intellectual property (IP) lawyer.

Ann Fen specialises in the full spectrum of trade mark matters (including prosecution, oppositions and removals), IP portfolio management, branding strategy and disputes. She also has strong expertise in advising on general IP law and handling ancillary legal transactions such as assignments, licensing and IP/technology contracts.

With over 17 years of experience, Annfen has provided strategic guidance and legal services to clients in a variety of industries including, technology, robotics, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, music and entertainment, health care, retail, fashion, FMCG, financial services, consumer electronics and sustainable (‘closed loop’) consumer goods.

Annfen has a proven track record in helping her clients protect their IP, develop effective strategies to maximize the value of their IP portfolios and navigate complex legal IP issues across a wide variety of industries. Her dedication to her clients has earned her a reputation as a trusted IP legal advisor.

Annfen completed her undergraduate degree in Laws and Information Technology at the Queensland University of Technology. She also obtained a Masters of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.

Annfen is also a qualified mediator and a Notary Public in New South Wales, Australia.
