Lili is a qualified Chinese Patent and Trade Mark Attorney focussing on China business relations. Lili is fluent in Mandarin and works primarily with clients in the Asia-Pacific region to protect their intellectual property assets in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Laminar IP, Lili worked for over 10 years in a Chinese IP firm where she assisted clients on patent and trade mark matters across a broad range of technologies and industries, including solar cells, lighting, control systems, homewares, construction and consumer products. During that time, Lili was involved in drafting patent applications in Chinese and English, patent prosecution, patent re-examination and infringement matters, and obtaining worldwide trademark registrations.
Lili works closely with all colleagues to facilitate and foster closer relations with our Asia-Pacific clients.
